Maintaining healthy relationships with others is important for our overall well-being, whether it’s with family members, friends, or colleagues. However, building and sustaining these relationships require effort and intentionality. Here are some key facts and biblical principles to help you maintain intimacy and connection, navigate conflict, share your thoughts and feelings, and maintain strong mental health.

Maintaining Intimacy and Connection:

Spend Quality Time Together: In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in our busy lives and forget to spend quality time with our loved ones. However, making an effort to prioritize spending time together, free of distractions, is essential to building intimacy and connection. As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 reminds us, “Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.

Communicate Openly and Honestly: Communication is key to building and maintaining healthy relationships. It’s essential to be willing to express our thoughts, feelings, and needs to others, even if it feels uncomfortable. Ephesians 4:25 reminds us to “Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.

Navigating Conflict:

Practice Active Listening: When we’re during a conflict, it can be easy to become defensive and stop listening to the other person’s perspective. However, active listening is crucial to resolving conflicts and building stronger relationships. James 1:19 encourages us to “be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.

Seek Reconciliation: When conflicts arise, it’s important to prioritize reconciliation and seek forgiveness. As Matthew 18:15 reminds us, “If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.”

Sharing Feelings and Thoughts:

Practice Vulnerability: Sharing our thoughts and feelings can be difficult, especially if we fear rejection or judgment. However, vulnerability is essential to building deeper connections with others. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us that “Where there is no guidance, a people fall, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.

Encourage Active Listening: In addition to sharing our thoughts and feelings, it’s important to encourage others to share theirs. This requires creating a safe and non-judgmental space for open communication. Proverbs 18:13 reminds us that “To answer before listening– that is folly and shame.

Maintaining Strong Mental Health:

Prioritize Self-Care: Taking care of our physical and emotional needs is essential to maintaining strong mental health. This includes getting enough rest, eating a healthy diet, and engaging in regular exercise. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us that “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies.

Seek Help When Necessary: It’s important to recognize when we need additional support for our mental health and to seek help when necessary. This can include reaching out to a counselor or therapist or seeking support from friends and family. Proverbs 12:15 reminds us that “The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice.

Are you a child of GOD are you saved in GOD and CHRIST JESUS or are you thinking about your stand or position with GOD or are you giving it time saying I will give my life for GOD soon and thinking there is still time please note this there is no time make your decision today.

I am so much in love with this bible verse it is like a rhyme in my SOUL

MATHEW 6: 33

Seek it first the kingdom of GOD and his righteousness and every other thing shall be added unto you.

Please take note of this part of the verse; and every other thing shall be added unto you” everything is love, money, wealth, long life, good health, children, prosperities, these are part of the example that we want and desire, as you are reading through the message or article whatever you understand it to place your want or heart desire in that position as you seek it first the kingdom of GOD every other thing is that thing that you desire for that will be the added unto you your own needs and your heart desire, but first seek GOD you have to be SAVE IN GOD and CHRIST JESUS. 3 JOHN 1: 2

Beloved, I wish you above all things that thou may prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospers. Mathew 6:33, 3 John 1:2, Isaiah 42: 8

Let’s talk about how sex or love making for those who are married prospers partners especially a SAVE SOUL partners child of GOD for a man its bring out the very best in your partner especially if you desire to see the best in your partners give him good love making because it will definitely make him happy and serin not a grouching, grumpy and grabbing man that is lacking some thing, love making boost his morals and confidence of your partner and give him absolute joy and keep your partner in the state of rest that create a fantastic bonding between partner this bonding keeps the both of you together, without love making there is noting keeping you together as partners know partners agree or want their marriage to be called manage, love making give your partners and exciting experience it help his lifestyle his career, business or what ever he place his hand to do, proper love making among partners remove his mind from chasing many naked unproper dress women out there in our society at large if he has enough in the house his not looking out for anything it bring him home, it keep him faithful and also keep  him save and faithful to GOD which is  the LORD commanded him, and he can do anything for you.

Lovemaking among other things like respect, and taking care of the chores among others if I should mention. PROVERBS 4:7 wisdom is the principal thing therefore get wisdom, and with all, they are getting get understanding. Every challenge requires Godly wisdom to overcome it. For this purpose, GOD form the union called marriage.

1 CORINTHIANS 7: 9 But if they can not exercise self-control, they should marry for is better to marry than to burn with passion.

What is this passion LOVE making take it, for every other thing in holy matrimony home in addition.

PROVERBS 5:15-19

Be faithful to your wife and give your love to her alone. Children that you have by other women will do you no good. Your children should grow up to help you, not strangers. So be happy with your wife and find your joy with the woman you married. Pretty and graceful as a deer. Let her charms keep you happy; let her surround you with her love.

HEBREW 13: 4

Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled but whore mongers and adulterers GOD will judge.

A partner that is saved in GOD in CHRIST JESUS will remain right standing in faith with GOD and making GOD their number one priority in life they we bring GOD first in all that they are doing, and their practical lifestyle will be knowing that without GOD they are nothing.

EPHESIANS 5:25-29

GOD commanded man to love their wife; Husband, love your wife. As Christ loved the church and gave himself up for it. That He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word. That He might present it to himself a glorious church not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.  For no man ever hated his flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it even as the lord the church.

Most men are naturally confused when it comes to the opposite sex that’s their nature and that was while GOD commanded Husband to love his wife to keep them in checkmate because most MEN are CONFUSED.

Women are love in nature they are naturally created by GOD that way ‘’LOVE’’ as a person ‘’LOVE’’ let’s see what the bible says in

EPHESIANS 5: 22-24

Wives submit to their husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, His body, and is Himself its SAVIOR. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.

In total submission not even one thing but you as a person the WHOLE OF YOU as a woman that is GOD commandment as in submit everything to your partners.

 Proverbs 21: 19

It is better to live in a desert land than with a quarrelsome and fretful woman. Please think about it and see if you are doing the right thing that GOD commanded you to do but if you are not doing it right that means you are disobeying the GOD ALMIGHTY

 GALATIANS 6:7

Be not deceived GOD is not be mocked for what so ever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

1st Peter 3: 3-5

Do not let your adorning be external the braiding of hair and putting on of gold jewelry, or the clothing you wear but let adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in GOD sight is very precious. For this how the holy women who hope in GOD used to adorn themselves, by submitting to their husbands.

Please let us have it in mind that our beauty is not enough but the character is needed to be what GOD calls us to be.

Proverb 31: 10-12

An excellent wife who can find. She is far more precious than jewels. The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain. She does him good, and not harm, all day of her life.

This verse is popular in the bible and it is a lay down template all women should follow as GOD commanded us, I pray that GOD will open our eyes to understanding so that we can see the revelations in HIS word.

The DIVINITY of our partner’s right standing with GOD depend on us as a woman especially if our partner are SAVE already starving, your partner’s sex is like sending him out of his beliefs into the world some men can not hold it for long in fact 90% can not hold it, the bible also confirms it.

In this generation if you have a partner who only depends on you alone CONGRATULATIONS you are lucky, although some partners are not satisfying no matter what, not because they are selfish but because of their nature, I am telling from experience and testimonies of other people.

Please know that there is always a solution to that find a way out while you are a superwoman with a full straight, straighten a woman straighten a nations one of our sluggers, some women testimonies were they agree on how many times and the days they will be having sex this is a matter of heart to heart talk sit down together deliberate on it give him the chance to pick the days and decide together how many times in a week this will safe both partners from having a misunderstanding.

Please also have it in mind that there should be a grace DAY by not standing on the agreed days and how many times a week, NOTE that duties call any time any day it natures and it is our responsibility to respond to the calls this is our LORD COMMANDMENT and according to PROVERBS 31 and EPHESIANS 5.

Toxic relationships can be difficult to navigate, especially when it comes to building intimacy, coping with change, and maintaining trust and communication. However, with the help of God, it is possible to navigate these challenges and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling relationship. Here are some strategies for building intimacy, coping with change, and maintaining trust and communication in a toxic relationship, along with supporting Bible verses:

 Set boundaries.

Setting boundaries is an essential step in building intimacy and maintaining trust in any relationship, but it is especially important in a toxic one. Boundaries help us establish what we are willing and unwilling to tolerate and can protect us from further harm.

Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.” – Matthew 5:37.

Seek professional help.

If the toxicity in your relationship is too much to handle on your own, it may be helpful to seek professional help. A therapist or counselor can provide guidance and support as you work through the challenges in your relationship.

Where there is no guidance, a people fall, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety. Proverbs 11:14

Practice forgiveness

Forgiveness is an essential aspect of maintaining trust and building intimacy in any relationship, but it can be especially challenging in a toxic one. However, forgiving your partner can help release negative emotions and open the door to healing.

For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. Matthew 6:14

Communicate openly and honestly, Communication is Embrace change.

essential in any relationship, but it can be especially challenging in a toxic one. However, communicating openly and honestly with your partner can help build intimacy and maintain trust.

Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person. Colossians 4:6

Change is an inevitable part of any relationship, but it can be especially difficult to navigate in a toxic one. However, embracing change can help you move forward and work towards a healthier relationship.

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.  Jeremiah 29:11

Toxic relationships are characterized by behaviors that undermine the emotional and physical well-being of one or both partners. These behaviors can include manipulation, verbal or physical abuse, and control.

He who walks with the wise grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.  Proverbs 13:20

Building intimacy in a toxic relationship can be difficult because trust has been broken and communication is often distorted. Intimacy requires vulnerability and emotional openness, which can be challenging to achieve in a toxic relationship.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. 1 Corinthians 13:4-5

Coping with change can be especially challenging in a toxic relationship because the power dynamics may be uneven, and the toxic partner may resist any attempts at change or growth.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2

Trust is a crucial component of any healthy relationship, but in a toxic relationship, trust has often been broken repeatedly. Rebuilding trust can be a slow and challenging process.

“The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the strength of my salvation, and my stronghold.” – Psalm 18:2

Communication is key to any healthy relationship, but in a toxic relationship, communication is often distorted or used as a tool for manipulation. Learning healthy communication skills is essential for navigating a toxic relationship.

“Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.” – Ephesians 4:29

Maintaining a toxic relationship can be harmful to both partners and can prevent them from growing and thriving in other areas of life.

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” – John 10:10

Recognizing and ending a toxic relationship may be the healthiest option for both partners. It takes courage and strength to end a toxic relationship, but it can lead to healing and growth. Maintaining a toxic relationship can be harmful to both partners and can prevent them from growing and thriving in other areas of life.

“So, we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.” – 2 Corinthians 4:16.

In conclusion, building intimacy, coping with change, and maintaining trust and communication in a toxic relationship can be challenging, but it is possible with the help of God. By setting boundaries, seeking professional help, practicing forgiveness, communicating openly and honestly, and embracing change, you can work towards a healthier, more fulfilling relationship. Remember, with God’s help, all things are possible.
